West Coast Express operates Monday to Friday only during peak commuter periods. All five trains originate in Mission in the morning, and terminate there in the evening. There is no eastbound service in the morning, or westbound in the afternoon. West Coast Express does not have train service on weekends and does not operate on holidays. Weekend service is available in the form of special WCE coach buses, called the TrainBus.
