Trains consist of a General Motors locomotive and between four to nine Bombardier bi-level passenger coaches. Seating capacity on each passenger coach is 146.

Amenities: All cars will be equipped with computer plug-ins, work tables, arm rests, drink holders, on-board coffee service and air conditioning. There are washrooms on every train and bike racks located at most stations..

Design: Two full decks with intermediate end decks over the trucks (bogies). This design permits a higher ceiling and better movement for passengers.
