West Coast Express

We welcome customers with special requirements, including those in wheelchairs, scooters and strollers. Each station is unique, we recommend you contact Customer Service if you have concerns about a specific station.

A ramp is located at the east end of each station to help you onto the platform. Move up to the ramp to the Special Access platform. Station staff will deploy a boarding ramp to help you safely onto the train. Please do not try to board the train in a wheelchair or scooter until the ramp is in place.

Once aboard, you'll find most train cars equipped with two wheelchair spaces and an accessible washroom. In most instances children may remain in their stroller or buggy unless the conductor requests you remove them. We do suggest that strollers and buggys use the area near the doors where possible, please do not leave children unattended.
